Email Settings

 

We do not provide IMAP service.

Incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP user name is your full email address.

Please call our tech support line if you do not have your email password.

We never ask you to provide password through email or website.


 

For PC

Incoming POP3 Server

Incoming Server POP3 = mail1.broadplex.net
Incoming Server POP3 Port Number = 995
Enable SSL Encryption

Outgoing SMTP Server

SMTP Server = mail1.broadplex.net
SMTP Server Port Number = 465
Enable SSL Encryption
SMTP Authentication = required (use same credentials as incoming account)


 

For Apple (Mac/iPad/iPhone)

Open Settings, Choose "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
Add a new email account (OTHER).
Choose POP (instead of IMAP).
Enter your name, email and description.

Incoming POP3 Server

Host Name = mail1.broadplex.net
User name = your full email address
Enter your password.

Outgoing SMTP Server

Host Name = mail1.broadplex.net
User name = your full email address
Enter your password. It's required, not optional.

Tap SAVE.

Additional Info:

Use SSL = on

Enter your password.

Require sign-in = Checked
Authentication Method = Login
User name = your full email address
Enter your password.
